The Winebow Group, LLC (“Winebow” or the “Company”) is headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, and is a leading importer and distributor of fine wine (industry defined as wines with retail prices $10 and over) and craft spirits from around the world. The Company represents some of the most established, family-owned properties in prominent growing areas as well as a new generation of winemakers and distillers who are dedicated to innovation and quality. With a focus on education and outstanding customer service, Winebow’s distribution network reaches geographies accounting for approximately 65% of the wine consumption in the U.S. and includes the states of California, Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Virginia, West Virginia, Washington, Wisconsin, and Washington D.C.

With a history that dates back to 1980, Winebow serves a critical, value-added link between the wide range of small and mid-size wineries and distilleries both domestically and around the world, and local restaurateurs, bars, hotels & resorts, specialty wine shops, and both chain restaurant and chain retail stores. The Company distinguishes itself through its broad product selection, knowledgeable sales force of trained wine consultants and on-site merchandising services. The Company serves these customers through seven distribution facilities in Benicia, California, Atlanta, Georgia, Pompano Beach, Florida, Chicago, Illinois, Pinebrook, New Jersey, Ashland, Virginia, and Seattle, Washington, generally utilizing sophisticated software, management systems, and logistics and routing programs to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment for large and small orders throughout its distribution territories.

Additionally, Winebow is one of the largest fine wine importers in the country having developed an unparalleled book of fine wines that it imports from over 130 producers around the world and sells within both its distribution territories (as described above) as well as to wholesalers in the remaining 50 states. The Company offers wine estates direct access to a significant piece of the U.S. market while helping them to avoid the challenges and costs of establishing their own U.S. sales force. These import relationships enable Winebow to build a robust portfolio of high-end fine wines.
