H. Randall Litten, Partner – Mr. Litten was a Co-Founder of Brockway Moran & Partners, holding leadership positions in the firm for over a decade. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he held senior management positions with Trivest, Inc. Prior to that he was with Owens-Illinois as a General Manager of four divisions, with revenues ranging from $150 million to $1 billion. He earned his B.S. from Ohio University and his M.B.A. from University of Toledo.
Patrick J. Boroian, Partner – Mr. Boroian is currently Managing Director – Head of Originations for Illiquid Credit of Carlyle Group. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an executive of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, and a General Partner of the Sprout Group, as well as a Managing Director in DLJ Merchant Banking Partners. He earned his B.S. from Miami University and his M.B.A. from DePaul University.
James R. Davis, Partner – Mr. Davis is currently a Managing Partner at Blue Sea Capital LLC. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Analyst at Code Hennessy & Simmons and a Financial Analyst in the Corporate Finance department of Salomon Brothers. He earned his A.B. in Economics from Princeton University and his M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Mark A. Eidemueller, Partner – Mr. Eidemueller is currently Principal and Owner of Wasena Capital Management Inc. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was with PwC Securities, most recently as Vice President, and prior to graduate school, was employed by PaineWebber. He earned his B.A. in Economics from Yale University, his M.B.A. from Carnegie Mellon Graduate School of Industrial Administration, and his J.D. from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law.
Kathy J. Mankin, Partner – Ms. Mankin is currently retired. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, she was the President of Heller Financial, Inc.,managing the Corporate Finance Group, which had assets of approximately $2 billion. She earned her B.S. from Purdue University and her M.B.A. from Indiana University.
Lawrence I. Shagrin, Partner – Mr. Shagrin is currently Managing Partner at Millpond Equity Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was with William Blair Capital Partners, most recently as a Managing Director. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from The Ohio State University and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Richard J. Wandoff, Partner – Mr. Wandoff is currently a Managing Partner of Blue Sea Capital. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was a Manager at Arthur Andersen, most recently as Manager, with a focus on their dedicated due diligence practice. He earned his B.B.A. and his M.B.A. in Accounting from the University of Michigan.

John M. Wazowicz, Chief Financial Officer – Mr. Wazowicz is currently Chief Financial Officer at Green Roads of Florida. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was a Director of SEC Reporting, and most recently Assistant Treasurer at John Alden Financial Corporation. He earned his B.S. from the University of Scranton.

Scott R. Kirkendall, Director – Mr. Kirkendall is currently a Partner at Blue Sea Capital. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he began his career in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Credit Suisse First Boston and, prior to its acquisition, Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He earned his B.S. from Wake Forest University and his M.B.A. from Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University.

Christopher N. Blythe, Vice President – Mr. Blythe is currently Partner at Potomac Equity Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Associate with the investment firm Willis Stein & Partners. He earned his B.A. from Washington & Lee University and his M.B.A. from the Darden School at the University of Virginia.
T. Andrew Boswell, Vice President – Mr. Boswell is currently a Partner at HorizonVest, LLC and prior to that a Partner at Blue Sea Capital and a Vice President at H.I.G. Capital. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Associate at Quad-C Management and a Financial Analyst in the mezzanine investment group at First Union Securities. He earned his B.S. from Davidson College and his M.B.A. from the University of Chicago.
Brandon O. Cohen, Vice President – Mr. Cohen is currently a Vice President at H.I.G Capital, and prior to that a Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy for MD Now Urgent Care. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Associate at Harren Equity Partners. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida and his M.B.A. from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
Sami F. Elbadramany, Vice President – Mr. Elbadramany is currently a Partner at Legacy Ventures, and prior to that a Vice President of Strategy and Corporate Development for MD Now Urgent Care. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was in the Mergers & Acquisitions – Investment Banking department at Wells Fargo. He earned his B.A. from the University of Florida – Warrington College of Business.
Philip T. Medico III, Vice President – Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr. Medico was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group of Wachovia Securities. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration from The Citadel.
Kevin D. Silver, Vice President – Mr. Silver is currently CFO of Butterfly Effects, and VP of Moran Capital Partners. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Investment Banking Analyst for William Blair & Co., and most recently a part of Young Professionals Advisory Council. He earned his B.S. from Miami University.
David S. Spinola, Vice President – Mr. Spinola is currently the Chief Financial Officer at SproutLoud Media Network. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was the Vice President at Code Hennessy & Simmons LLC where he exclusively focused on consumer products and services investments. He earned his B.B.A. from University of Notre Dame and his M.B.A. from Harvard University.
Michael F. Turner, Vice President – Mr. Turner is currently Co-Founder and Managing Director of Farlie Turner & Co. and Bayshore Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was with First Union Securities, Inc. and its predecessor, Bowles Hollowell Conner & Co., most recently as a Vice President in the Mergers & Acquisitions Department. He earned his B.A. from the University of North Carolina – Chapel Hill and his M.B.A. from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Jeremy M. Menkhaus, Senior Associate – Mr. Menkhaus is currently Vice President at Millpond Equity Partners, LLC. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Analyst in the Mergers and Acquisitions Group at Wells Fargo Securities. Brad B. Casper, Associate – Mr. Casper is the former President at U.S. Silica. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was a Senior Consultant with Arthur Andersen Due Diligence Consulting Group. He earned his B.S. from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an M.B.A. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
Austin P. Conner, Associate – Mr. Conner is currently Vice President of Finance at NeuroFlow. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an Analyst in the Investment Banking division of Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette. He earned his B.A. from Princeton University and is M.B.A. from The University of Texas at Austin – Red McCombs School of Business.

Jeane M. Kuhn, Office Manager – Mrs. Kuhn served for almost two decades as our Office Manager and is currently retired. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, she was a Director of Client Services with the International Council for Quality Care. She earned her B.S. from the University of Utah.
Anthoula T. Baker, Receptionist / Administrative Assistant – Mrs. Baker served for almost two decades as the person facilitating interaction for individuals working with Brockway Moran, both in person and on the phone. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, she attended the Atlantic Vocational School.
