Our Team

Mr. Brockway has over thirty years of experience in private equity investing and was among the first professionals to be active in the private equity industry in the southeastern United States.

Mr. Brockway is also currently an Executive in Residence at Wake Forest University, teaching Private Equity in the School of Business. He also is founder of Brockway Group, LLC, which has invested in numerous private equity related investments. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr. Brockway was a Managing Director of Trivest, Inc.

Mr. Brockway serves as a Trustee of Wake Forest University, a board member of Boca Raton Regional Hospital Foundation, Chair of Boca Helping Hands Endowment, and a board member of Boca Helping Hands.

Mr. Moran has over thirty years of private equity investing and financial advisory experience.

Mr. Moran is also founder of Moran Capital Partners, LLC, which has invested in numerous middle market businesses and residential income-producing properties. Prior to Brockway Moran & Partners, Mr. Moran was a Senior Vice President of Trivest, Inc.

Mr. Moran has been active in numerous community organizations and is currently a member of the Board of Trustees of Ransom Everglades School and as Chair of the Investment Committee for Ransom’s endowment fund. Mr. Moran has been very active with Autism Speaks. In addition, he is a member of the Orange Bowl Committee Board of Directors.

Mr. Klein joined Brockway Moran & Partners in 2000. He also currently operates a legal practice, Peter W. Klein, P.A., specializing in the representation of management teams involved in change of control transactions. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was an executive of Trivest, Inc, most recently as Managing Director and General Counsel and as a senior member of the acquisitions team.

Mr. Anderson joined Brockway Moran & Partners in 2000. Prior to joining Brockway Moran & Partners, he was a Director and Chief Financial Officer for Trivest, Inc. and with KPMG as an Audit Manager. He is a CPA.
